Overview of training options

General training

  • This type of training is aimed particularly at children and young people aged 6 to 18 (kangaroos to schoolchildren), but can also benefit athletes in the junior, senior and masters categories.
  • The youngest children (kangaroos, benjamin(e)s, pupilles, minimes) are introduced to the different disciplines of athletics in a fun way.
  • General training takes place on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays; consult the Timetable page page for category times.

Specific training

  • From the minimes category onwards, we also offer specialized coaching in one or more specific disciplines, taking into account the athlete’s interests, potential and motivation. In principle, this specialization is continued and reinforced in the cadet and schoolboy categories, leading to a definitive choice in the junior, senior and masters categories.
  • For specific training times : consult the Timetable page.

Participation in competitions

If you wish to take part in the competitions, you must comply with the following formalities:

  1. have paid the membership fee for the season; this is the condition for receiving a race number from the secretary’s office (lead time = ten days). No bibs will be issued to members who have not paid their membership fees!
  2. have submitted, when requesting your race number, a declaration on honour duly completed and signed;
  3. for benjamins, pupilles and minimes: please wear the club jersey; for cadets to masters: the official club jersey must be worn;
  4. for national and regional championships, give two weeks’ notice to the secretary or president, who will register you with the league.

The club cannot be held responsible if these obligations are not fulfilled on time.
